Eight sets have 5 pairs of rhyming picture
cards to match. As students identify rhymes, they improve auditory
discrimination and reading readiness while building vocabulary.

phoneme word families show students multiple onsets (beginning sounds)
can be added to a rime (base) to make rhyming words.
